- Tokyo Stock Exchange listed Financial Products Group Co., Ltd. (‘FPG’ – 7148:JP) and Amentum close a strategic cooperation to provide innovative aircraft investment solutions to investors in Japan. As part of this cooperation, FPG acquires 25% of Amentum’s share capital. FPG is one of the largest independent JOLCO arrangers in the Japanese market and seeks to grow its Japanese Operating Lease (JOL) offering.
- Archway Aviation is a new investor customer of Amentum. Under the long term agreement Amentum provides asset management services to Archway Aviation.
- Amentum further builds its profile as a freighter market specialist with the placement of a 747 freighter on lease to CargoLux and the sale of three A310F for a banking customer.
