Dublin, January 6, 2015 – Amentum, the Dublin based aircraft leasing company, announces the sale of one Bombardier CRJ702ER (MSN 10217) to Exchange Income Corporation. The aircraft is on lease to Alliance Air Limited (part of Air India) and was sold on behalf of Amentum’s investor customer HSH Nordbank AG.

Commenting, Simon Clements, Head of Sales of Amentum said: “We are delighted to close this transaction with Exchange Income Corporation and thank them for their good cooperation throughout the process. While we are adding aircraft for several of our investor customers and growing Amentum’s fleet under management, we continue to sell aircraft on a select basis, including from our HSH Nordbank portfolio.”
