Kathleen Oliver
General Counsel
Kathleen Oliver joined FPG Amentum as General Counsel in November 2022, and she has over 13 years’ experience in aircraft leasing and finance. Prior to joining FPG Amentum, Kathleen was the Head of Transaction Legal (Asia Pacific) at Avolon based in Hong Kong, and she was previously an associate at Vedder Price and Milbank in the United States. Kathleen has a JD from the University of Texas School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.
